Taking the next step in one’s career often requires advancing one’s skills. Since business evolves so quickly, it is important for managers and leaders to evolve with these business trends. The AdvCert (Management) has been designed for professionals and managers who do not have the time to do a formal MBA qualification, but have identified the need to enhance their management knowledge and skills.
The programme is designed to develop the learner’s capabilities by broadening their view of their business, their specific industry and the wider global forces that impact on both. It is also important for the learners to develop a greater appreciation of their role as manager and leader while also developing a deeper understanding of themselves. Participants will leave the programme with a broad understanding of the complex realities of a rapidly changing environment and greater confidence in their ability to manage within it. The exit learning outcome of the AdvCert (Management) is to enable participants to apply management principals on a strategic level in their own organisations.
